Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

1. Send an email to 42@busydevs.com
2. Include your account email address
3. Mention "Refund Request" in the subject line
4. Briefly let us know why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

• We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
• This applies to the first payment on new subscriptions
• Refunds are processed for the full amount of the most recent charge

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made to your payment method
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 14-day period
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests)
• Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money back guarantee applies to the full annual payment. If you cancel after 14 days, no partial refunds will be provided, but you will retain access until the end of your annual subscription period.
